Agricultural workers, ag air operators both pilots and their employees who loaded the dangerous chemicals, loggers and forestry workers who were exposed to sprayed Paraquat may have developed Parkinson’s disease as a result of repeated exposure. We are investigating and filing these claims where appropriate.
Paraquat has been on the market since 1961 and has been marketed in many forms and under several names. A full list is attached to the intake form at the bottom of this page. Dozens of countries around the world have banned the use of paraquat, a toxic weed killer that can be deadly if ingested. Paraquat is not only legal, but rising in use within the United States; with usage doubling between 2006 and 2016.
